We've now expanded into a new vertical within the Voice & Data Carrier Services arena. Call Centers have a huge need for high volume voice circuits for TDM (typically DS3 or above) with very aggressive rates. For call centers utilizing SIP technology, high speed data access (FastE to GigE) used to transport the large volume of traffic. We plan on filling the need with our many carrier partnerships that focus on the requirements laid out for each individual call center.
As premise-based call centers migrate into cloud based technology, MPLS solutions become more realistic. Typical inbound call center scenarios include running API's at a collocation center where high speed FastE or GigE circuits are more cost effective. Secure WAN connections are deployed to corporate and/or remote offices locations where call distribution is handled by agents. Built in WAN QOS can be utilized for high call quality.
